The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to obtain information and pricing structures involving and authorizing a replacement Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solution to support our business needs and practices. The information provided of the ERP management system will include but not limited to; monitoring daily operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems. Coordinating technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance. Selecting and purchasing new and replacement hardware and software, when necessary. This issuance of this RFI does not constitute a commitment to issue a request for bids/proposals, award a contract, or pay any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this RFI. Detroit Transportation Corporation (DTC) requires that all responding suppliers abstain from providing any bids in response to this RFI.
