2022-004 - 2022 Friend of the Court HVAC Upgrades

The County of Hillsdale will receive sealed bid proposals from qualified contractor fo the 2022 Friend of the Court - HVAC Upgrades. The work invoices the removal of thje existing heating hot water system and the installation of a veriable refrigerant flow heat pump system. Due to the timing of the work, the existing heating hot water boiler and terminal heating units will remain in operation until the new system is operational. Once the new system is operatal, the existing heating hot water system will be removed.

This project is not subject to prevailing wages.

All bid proposals shall be submitted on the bid proposal forms provided in the specification book and completed in accordance with the bid proposal instructions.

A Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of Base Bids shall accompany each proposal. The Bid Security may be in the form of a Bid Bond, Cashier’s Check, or Money Order. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the bid date.  Additional bond requirements are listed in the bid specifications.

Substantial completion from all trades’ work shall be March 15, 2023.

The County of Hillsdale reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, accept a bid other than the low bid, and to waive informalities, irregularities and/or errors in the bid proposals which they feel to be in best interest of the County.
