The County of Ottawa, Fiscal Services Department on behalf of various Ottawa County Departments, is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified vendors for the provision of confidential document shredding services. Services would include scheduled pickups for both onsite and offsite shredding, on-call services, and special projects.The vendor must provide all material, insurance, labor, supervision, vehicles, equipment and supplies necessary to perform offsite, onsite, on call, and special project confidential document shredding services at various County locations as necessary. Vendors are required to provide and maintain, at no additional cost, secure, tamper-proof containers of various sizes for the collection and storage of documents to be destroyed.
