RFP 23-49 - Art Therapy Program for Court Involved Youth

The County of Ottawa, on behalf of the 20th Judicial Circuit Court, Family Division/Juvenile Court, is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified vendors for the services of an art therapy program for court involved youth. It is the intent of the County of Ottawa to award a contract that will cover an initial period of three (3) years with two (2) options to renew.  Each renewal option would be for a period of twelve (12) additional months, if funding available, if in the best interest of both parties. Program will focus on utilizing creativity to appropriately express feelings, learn new coping skills and share emotions in a safe environment. The therapeutic program will target moderate to high-risk youth in detention and the community and focus on reducing risk and responsivity factors by targeting criminogenic needs identified on the youth level of services risks/needs assessment.
