Sealed statements of qualification and proposals will be accepted through the BidNet system on or before 4pm EST on October 7, 2022.  Late submissions will not be considered.

Each submission shall include the following

1. One electronic copy of the qualifications and proposal
2. Cover letter signed by entity’s authorized office(s)
