Bids are requested for a one-year term contract with two, one-year renewal options for the “as needed” rental of portable toilets and hand wash stations as per the specifications contained herein.

All units shall be bid as a complete cost per unit for the timeframe stated in the bid specifications. Cleaning service shall be provided for weekly and monthly rentals once per week for each unit and included in the bid price. Service shall include, but not be limited to sewage pumped out, interior surfaces (floor, seat, walls, door, hand wash station) cleaned with a disinfectant cleaner and restocking of paper products and hand cleaning solutions, and proper disposal of all waste materials. Requests for additional service shall be responded to within 24-hours
