Bids are requested for a one-year term contract with two, one-year renewal options for the “as needed” purchase and delivery of ready-mix and pre-packaged concrete, as per the specifications contained herein.

Pricing proposed shall include all overhead expenses and incidentals which shall include, but not be limited to the following: travel time (prior to reaching the work site), per diem, fuel surcharges, pallets, vehicle costs and equipment charges, etc. No additional cost shall be recognized without the prior written approval of the Project Manager.
