All apparel and items provided shall be new and unused. Bidders are required to complete and submit the attached Cost Sheet for individual item pricing.

Unit pricing shall include all required measurement and alteration services, incidentals, and inside delivery as needed, fit for the intended use of the City.
*
Due to various work periods and availability of public safety personnel, the City desires a local provider for these services to facilitate walk-ins by personnel at the vendor location, measuring services and pickup of items by personnel during non-working periods at the vendor location, measuring services by vendor personnel during 3rd shift work periods, etc.
