Bids are requested for a one-year term contract with two, one-year renewal options for the “as needed” purchase and delivery of Teledyne Isco Original Equipment Manufacturer (O.E.M.) equipment, parts, and repair services as per the specifications contained herein.

All equipment and components proposed and provided to the City shall be Teledyne Isco Original Equipment Manufacturer (O.E.M.) new, unused equipment only, of the highest quality and manufacture, and include all necessary components and incidentals required to make a completely operational unit, even though such part of detail is not mentioned in the specifications. Proto-types, non-production, used, discontinued and obsolete equipment shall be unacceptable.
