Due to current equipment and accessories utilized for similar services by the City, the units provided shall be no substitutes, to ensure cross-functionality and compatibility of equipment. The City intends to place orders on an “as needed” basis through the life of the contract.

Section I shall be O.E.M. East Jordan Iron works, no substitutes; Section II shall be O.E.M. Traverse City fire hydrants and parts; Section I shall be O.E.M. Section III Clow Hydrants & Parts, no substitutes, as specified herein.
