ITB-W-0992 - Main Pump Station Drywell Column Repair

The City of Warren is seeking electronic bids from qualified Contractors to perform Main Pump Station Drywell Column Repairs.  The work for this project includes careful and partial demolition of a concrete column to remove unsound concrete and to restore the existing cross section, rebar as necessary and to sleeve the column with L brackets and steel bands.  This includes shop and field welding for structural steel brackets, fabrication of steel bands, pressure injection of existing cracks (both weeping and non-weeping).  Careful placement of scaffolding and temporary supports for the column prior to rehabilitation (in tight quarters).  Work includes being up close and near live 4800V motor starters and electrical conduit. Lastly rerouting electrical lines (110V or less) and terminating on existing equipment in the drywell and control room.  To be considered for award, Contractors must submit their bids electronically via the BidNet (MITN) system.
