SPECIFICATIONS
CUSTOM BUILT CABINETRY SPECIFICATION:
•Cabinet backs will be 3/4" PSRO (plain sliced red oak) veneer core plywood stapled and screwed to the cabinet sides, top and bottom.
•Cabinet sides, mid shelf along with tops and bottoms shall be 3/4" PSRO veneer plywood.
•Solid 3/4" red oak frame only doors held with blind screw fasteners and oak strap reinforced joints. Doors to receive 1/4" clear tempered glass.
•Cabinet interiors and doors shall be finished with clear lacquer.
•All cabinet door hardware to be concealed and self-closing hinges.
•Each door shall have a single keyed alike cam lock.
•The display units will be placed on a continuous plywood riser finished with 3 3/4" red oak ogee base, stained to match the existing as close as possible.
•Between each display unit a red oak fluted 3 1/4" x 3/4" pilaster will be installed proud. Stain to match the existing as close as possible.
•Top the display units with 3 1/4" red oak crown following the line of cabinetry and pilasters. Stain to match the existing as close as possible.
•This project will require 11 Display cases. Approximate size to be 40" x 20" x 83" when complete.
CUSTOM BUILT PURPLE HEART BOOKCASE SPECIFICATION:
•Bookcase backs will be 3/4 PSRO (plain sliced red oak) veneer core plywood stapled and screwed to the cabinet sides, top and bottom.
•Bookcase sides, shelves, tops and bottoms shall be 3/4" PSRO veneer plywood.
•Bookcase interiors and shelves shall be finished with clear lacquer.
•The case units will be placed on a continuous plywood riser finished with 3 1/4" red oak ogee base, stained to match the existing as close as possible.
•Accenting the ends and in the middle of the largest unit a red oak fluted 3 Vs "x 3/3" pilaster will be installed proud. The top of each pilaster will be adorned with a field of white surrounding a red star and underscored by (2) red bars. Stain to match the existing as close as possible.
•Provide and install granite tops on the three-tiered bookcase design. Refer to the provided drawings. Color to be "Steal Grey" with a waterfall edge.
MISCELLANEOUS:
•Complete ends of existing units as necessary.
•Install stored unit as directed by owner at adjacent cabinet as seamless as possible.
