7465-2 - Architectural and Engineering Services RFP

The City of Oak Park is pleased to request proposals for professional architectural and engineering services for the purposes of building a new city Event Hub as well as the design and build out for the offices of the Municipal Services Department.

The Event Hub will consist of a state-of-the-art, four-season facility located along Oak Park Blvd. on a 1.75 acre parcel in the heart of the city complex. This project will include the design and construction of a 5,000 square foot Event Hub, an adjacent bandshell, open area for community gathering, as well as a memorial garden to honor the residents of the City of Oak Park. 

The Municipal Services build-out project will re-purpose the former Public Safety Building into the new offices of the Engineering, Code, Building Divisions as well as the Economic Development Department.  This area is approximately 5,800 square feet.
