- Daily watering (7 days a week) at the locations listed below and seen on the attached
map:
- Twenty-four (24) Planter Pots
- Seven (7) locations along Nine Mile Rd between Scotia Rd and Forest St
- Twelve (12) Concrete Boxes
- Three (3) near Coolidge Hwy and Nine Mile Rd
- Two (2) near Greenfield Rd and Ten Mile Rd
- Seven (7) on Eleven Mile Rd between Tyler St and Coolidge Hwy
- Three (3) Flower Beds
- One (1) near Coolidge Hwy and Eight Mile Rd
- One (1) in Shepherd Park near Oak Park Blvd and Church St
- One (1) in Shepherd Park near Church St and Northfield Blvd
- Monthly fertilizing at the same locations listed above with 20-20-20 fertilizer.
- Include equipment list with proposal.
- Include watering times (early morning preferred) and procedure for rain call offs.
- Include 3 references.
- Feel free to include any additional specifications/information with your proposal.

** Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, City Hall may be closed to the public. If a sealed bid is
dropped off before this opening, please place your envelope in one of the two drop boxes outside
the entrance to the address listed above. These boxes are monitored and emptied daily. The
building will be open to the public for this bid opening. **
