The work consists primarily of reconstructing city owned alleys with 7” concrete pavement over 6” of aggregate base, including but not limited to 1,700 syds of HMA surface removal, 1,770 syds of 6” aggregate base, 1,300 syds of 7” non-reinforced concrete, 480 syds of 7” non-reinforced concrete with integral curb, sidewalk and ramp replacement, landscape restoration, and related work items.
