The City of Center Line is in need of a comprehensive review of administrative operations. The City wants to identify improvements to City operations, customer service, quality, and efficiency to provide and maintain the expected level of service to the City’s taxpayers. To attain this goal, the City welcomes recommendations which are based on proven best practices. The study must provide analysis on operations, organizational structure, best practices, and workload distribution. In addition, the City wants an operational manual of administrative services so that processes, procedures, and expectations are clearly identified. This manual will be used as direction for staff as well as for cross-training purposes.
