Description:
This project involves the demolition of the obsolete water department headquarters building. This building is 3,072 square feet and includes block basement, both block and brick walls, concrete floors and dox plank ceilings. The building and all related debris must be completely removed from the site and the site restored to grade. All concrete surrounding the structure, including sidewalks in the front yard, must be included in the demolition project. The site must be restored to grade, with topsoil and grass seeding included.
