This project is funded by the Environmental Protection Agency through a Great Lake Restoration
Initiative Grant. The project work generally consists of habitat improvements at includes
establishment of access from 13 Mile Road for in-stream work and invasive species treatment
work and from 12 Mile Road for invasive species treatment work; filling of gullies adjacent to
stream and stabilize; installation of rock riffles and habitat logs; woody and herbaceous invasive
species treatment; and restoration and revegetation activities.
