Sealed proposals for the improvements of the SOUTH DADE AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS, will be received by the CITY OF FERGUSON, Ferguson, Missouri, at Ferguson City Hall office located at 110 Church Street. on WEDNESDAY, MAY 31st 2023 at 11:30 A.M. Due to current public health concerns, submit bids in PDF electronic file format. All bids shall be submitted by Email Transmittal; subject line to Include “SOUTH DADE AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS (Bid Submittal)”. Email submittals received by the City of Ferguson after said time will not be considered.
The proposed work includes the furnishing of materials, tools, equipment and labor necessary for the construction of approximately 0.87 miles of street milling, average 2" fibrous asphalt overlay, sidewalk reconstruction and ADA ramps in accordance with the plans and specifications and other items identified in the contract documents. The contractor is responsible for all items of work necessary to complete the project.
Due to the Coronavirus only digital copies of the plans and specifications may be obtained on APRIL 26th, 2023 from WEIS DESIGN GROUP, 16286 Westwoods Business Park Dr., Ellisville, MO. 63021 upon a deposit of Thirty Dollars ($30.00) for each set. The deposit will be not be non-refundable.
Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier’s check or certified check, or a Bid Bond executed by the BIDDER and an approved surety company and payable to the CITY, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the sum total of the base bid.
