Specifications include, but are not limited to: Furnish all labor, material and equipment as required to execute the new work. ➢ The installation of the work shall be closely scheduled and coordinated with WCCCD to minimize the disruption of existing operations and services. ➢ The contractor shall conduct the work in a workmanlike manner that will minimize noise and other annoyances or damages. Academic/Administrative Building - Common Area Painting as Specified on drawings. ➢ Protect all adjacent surfaces not being painted. ➢ All required prep and/or patching as required. ➢ Paint all previously painted surfaces and designated unpainted masonry & steel framework. ➢ Clean paint from all hardware surfaces not intended to be painted. ➢ Patch and repair all walls to receive new paint. Academic/Administrative Building – Restrooms Renovation as Specified on drawings. ➢ The contractor shall be responsible for Final Clean up and the removal and proper disposal of all materials/chemicals that may be considered environmentally hazardous and remove construction debris off site or via furnished construction dumpster provided by the contractor. The dumpster location must be approved by WCCCD facilities staff. ➢ Bidders may offer Voluntary Alternates that are acceptable to WCCCD if necessary that meet the original intent of the prescribed Scope of Work. ➢ Contractors are responsible for their own “Field Measurements.”
