Sealed bids will be received by the City of Goodland for a 2023 Wheel Loader or Newer. The City of Goodland reserves the right to waive minor technicalities under this specification. Federal and State laws supersede any conflicting part of this specification. The unit shall be a current model, new and unused, under standard production by the manufacturer. All parts utilized on the unit shall be new and unused.

All bids must be received in the City Clerk’s office on or before Wednesday, May 10, 2023 by noon - 12:00 p.m. MDT. This unit(s) shall be delivered complete, serviced, and ready for work, and shall include all standard equipment as stated in the attached specifications. Bidder shall include brochure and warranty information with their bid. All bids should be marked, “2023 Wheel Loader”, on the outside of the envelope.
The bids will be opened for review in the office of the City Manager at noon - 12:00 p.m. MDT on Wednesday, May 10, 2023. Bid award will take place the following Monday, May 15, 2023 at the regularly scheduled Commission Meeting.
