Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified consultants to perform the work required for the Bradford and Washington Streetscape project. The intersection of Bradford Street and Washington Street makes up the northern corner of the City’s historic Square. It is the City’s desire to extend the streetscape of the Square, consistent with the vision and concepts in the 2015 Downtown Gainesville Renaissance Strategic Vision & Plan, along Washington Street to its intersection with E.E. Butler Parkway (aka SR 60/129) and along Bradford Street to its intersection with Academy Street to enhance pedestrian access to other parts of the City. The Consultant shall conduct a survey of the project area to include, at a minimum, existing physical conditions, utilities (above ground and subsurface), right-of-way, property lines and easements. The Consultant shall coordinate with the City Departments and all utility and property owners within the project area. Real estate record research should be anticipated.
