Henry County Water Authority, hereafter HCWA, is soliciting competitive bids from qualified construction services from a licensed contractor, to pressure clean, repair, and paint at 32x60 foot metal building at our Bear Creek WTP. Surfaces to be painted shall include metal buildings, flashing, trim, and doors.
All preparation, caulk and finish work will be performed in accordance with the specifications supplied by Sherwin Williams Paints, the coatings/sealant supplier for this contract.
