From the issue date of this solicitation until the completion of the entire solicitation process and announcement of award notification, all Contractor communication must be authorized by and directed to the Purchasing Department including, but not limited to, communications with members of the Board of Commissioners, Douglas County employees and/or contracted agents related to this solicitation.
