RFP 2023-010 - Comprehensive Parks and Recreation Master Plan

The City of Douglasville is soliciting professional services proposals from qualified consulting firms to develop a Douglasville Parks and Recreation 10-Year Comprehensive Master Plan. The city is rapidly growing and has a strong commitment to service. Coined under the “Fun Happens Here” campaign, the Parks and Recreation department provides high quality parks and recreation facilities and programs for citizens of the community. The consultant will collect and analyze data to develop a clear set of goals, policies and standards for the City’s Park system, open space, trails, recreation facilities and program development for the next ten years. The consultant will work closely with City staff in preparing the Parks and Recreation Master Plan. The consultant will create a document for distribution to the public.
