22ITB-05MDV - F23067 UWF Repair & Repave Roadway Project

The University of West Florida intends to contract for milling and overlay of a portion of Campus Drive as specifically
defined in the plan document entitled “UWF Repair & Repave Roadway Project.” The Base Bid includes milling
and overlay of both lanes and median crossovers from Station 98+95 (near the crosswalk between Parking Lot B
and Building 72) to Station 107+05 (west side of the intersection of Campus Drive & University Parkway) along with
milling and overlay of both lanes and median crossovers from Station 139+40 (just west of Parking Lot SP1) to
Station 179+73 (at the edge of the travel lane at North Davis Highway, SR 10, US ALT 90).

The Additive Alternate Bid includes milling and overlay of both lanes and median crossovers from Station 109+34
(east side of the intersection of Campus Drive & University Parkway) to Station 139+40 (just west of Parking Lot
SP1).

The work is inclusive of all milling, paving, striping and marking, and Maintenance of Traffic necessary to complete
the milling and overlay of the subject pavement. An MOT plan prepared by an individual certified by the Florida
Department of Transportation (FDOT) for preparation and implementation of Work Zone MOT shall be submitted
and approved by UWF prior to initiation of the work.
