Indian River State College (IRSC) with headquarters in Fort Pierce, Florida, operates on several campuses; Massey, Pruitt, Okeechobee. Each facility varies in size and may or may not have a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals for students, staff, faculty, and campus community. The equipment is of varying age and condition. Most equipment has been repaired as needed. The intent of IRSC is to obtain preventative maintenance (PM) and repair services contract(s) for kitchen equipment at each IRSC facility.
