The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to identify and prequalify professional mitigation, restoration, and plumbing service companies to provide general mitigation, restoration and/or plumbing services on an as needed basis to the Emerald Coast Utilities Authority (ECUA) in an effort to minimize or resolve risk management claims. Qualified companies will be called upon to provide services as needed to clean, restore, repair, mitigate, or provide plumbing services to residential or commercial structures for approved claimants on behalf of ECUA.
