IFB-AH-0000000011 - Water Pressure Zone 5 PRV Vaults

Sealed bids for the construction of the Zone 5 Pressure Reducing Valves (PRVs)
 will be received by Woodmoor Water and Sanitation District No. 1 (WWSD) at the WWSD office located at 1845 Woodmoor Drive, Monument, Colorado 80132 until 4:30 pm local time, August 10, 2023.

Bids received after this time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.

At said place and time, and promptly thereafter, all bids that have been duly received will be publicly opened and read aloud.  All interested parties are invited to attend.

A notice to proceed is anticipated by August 17, 2023.
 
Bid packages containing the bidding requirements, bid forms, contract, drawings, and specifications are available on PDF or printed form. The PDF bid package may be obtained online at BidNet Direct, or via email from arielh@woodmoorwater.com, and a printed bid package may be obtained from WWSD at 1845 Woodmoor Drive, Monument, CO  80132, upon depositing $25.00 for each physical set.  Deposits for bidding documents are nonrefundable.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the office of the Woodmoor Water & Sanitation District No. 1, located at 1845 Woodmoor Drive, Monument, Colorado 80132 at 10:30 am local time on July 11, 2023.  All participating contractors are invited to attend.  Access to the site prior to the bid opening can be arranged by contacting Ariel Hacker at arielh@woodmoorwater.com or (719) 488-2525.  In general, access to the site will be limited to normal working hours 7 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Thursday.

Each Bidder shall file with their Bid a Bid Security in the form of a cashier’s check, certified check or a bidder’s bond in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.   

The bidder to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish a Performance Bond guaranteeing faithful performance and a labor and material payment bond guaranteeing payment of all debts arising out of the work.

No bid may be withdrawn for 60 days after the date Bids are opened.

Woodmoor Water & Sanitation District reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, and to waive any informalities or irregularities therein.
