Weld County requests bids for the above-listed merchandise, equipment, and/or services. Said merchandise and/or equipment shall be delivered to the location(s) specified herein.
 

• The items contained in this bid are Polycom products and are identified by Polycom serial numbers. Bids on alternate brands will not be accepted.  
• Reseller/Vendor must certify that it is a Polycom authorized distributor or reseller as of the date of the submission of its bid, and that it has the certification/specialization level required by the manufacturer to support both the product sale and services, in accordance with Polycom certification/specialization requirements.
• Provide one number to call for all technical support needs.
• Must have Polycom-certified technical support engineers.
• Must have direct access to Polycom to escalate issues.
• We would like to be automatically notify you when our Polycom conferencing systems are up for renewal.
• We would like an online ticketing system.
• Unlimited technical support during normal business hours
• Overnight part replacement (next day)
• Unlimited end user training
• Free Polycom software updates and upgrades
