Any questions which, in the opinion of the Town’s Representative cannot be answered by direct reference to the Contract Documents will be answered by formal written Addenda. Paper AND Electronic: One (1) paper copy of the Bid AND one (1) identical electronic copy of the Bid on a USB thumb drive. Both must include a signed Bid Form, be in a sealed envelope marked “Sealed bid for Town Hall Boiler Project” and must be received according to the Bid Delivery: Method, Due Date & Address table above. A certified check or bank draft, on a responsible, solvent bank, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and a recognized Colorado licensed Surety Company, payable to the Town of Snowmass Village, Colorado, in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid, shall be submitted with each bid as security that the Bidder to whom the contract may be awarded will enter into a contract in accordance with this notice, and give bond as hereinafter provided.
