Town of Snowmass Village (the “town or owner”) is seeking a contractor to undertake various interior unit remodeling tasks at the Snowmass Inn employee housing development in the Town of Snowmass Village, Colorado (”Project”). Work will include removal and replacement of flooring; removal and replacement of kitchenette, including sink, faucet, refrigerator, cooktop, and cabinets; bathroom sink, faucet, and cabinet; installation of new lighting; and interior painting as detailed on Exhibits A and B1-3. The Intent of this Invitation for Bid (“IFB”) is to have a contractor (“Bidder”) submit a written response (“Bid”) to specifically address the services and materials required, fees, and provide a well-considered plan of execution for the Project.
