This is a Request for Proposals for Municipal Court Prosecution Services in the Town of Parker (the “Town”). This request is intended to gather pertinent information concerning the ability of law firms to meet the needs of the Town. The Town is interested in establishing an ongoing contractual relationship with a law firm to ensure high quality, cost-effective legal services.
The expectation is that the selected firm will be experienced in the type of legal services required on an ongoing basis by a home rule municipality. The firm’s attorneys should have experience in a court setting to act as the prosecutor on behalf of the Town and working with law enforcement officers and the Municipal Judge.
