The Town seeks a consultant with strong writing skills, the ability to facilitate an inclusive public engagement process, and the ability to conduct research, analyze data and documents, and provide recommendations. Community outreach may include stakeholder meetings, surveys, public meetings with facilitators present, website and on-line engagement, and other creative ways to engage all members of the community.
