Description

The 2024 Road & Sidewalk Concrete Project as defined per task order may consist of concrete replacement of defective curb, gutter, drain pans, attached and detached sidewalk and removing/placing new ADA ramps where needed for compliance. Some locations contain flagstone sidewalks, which must be removed carefully and stacked according to Town’s directions. Actual work quantities will vary from the Bid Form quantities.

Landscaping restoration, expansion joints, dowels, and concrete saw cutting should be inclusive of concrete bid price.

Bidders should follow CDOT standard specifications for ADA ramps, sidewalks, and curbs. LCUASS standards included for rollover curbs but many areas may match existing conditions.

Contract documents require that all work be completed no later than September 30th, 2024

Contract documents require that all work be completed no later than September 30th, 2024

The Bidding Documents may be examined at the office of the OWNER. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total Bid Price must accompany each Bid in the form specified in the Instructions to Bidders.

There will be a Pre-Bid Meeting for this project on March 7th at 1 pm. Located at 807 Mountain Ave. in Berthoud, CO 80513

All RFI’s to be submitted by Wednesday, March 13th at 12:00 p.m.

Addendum to RFI’s will be posted Monday, March 18th by 3:00 p.m.

Bid Opening will be at 10:31 a.m., OWNER’s clock, Thursday March 21st at 807 Mountain Ave.
