All Contractors planning to submit Proposals are invited to attend a MANDATORY pre-proposal meeting at 1:30 PM on April 11th, 2024 at Windsor High School (1100 Main St. Windsor, Colorado). Contractors are required to check in at the front desk to get a visitor badge and then meet at the football stadium. This will provide an opportunity for Contractors to gain an understanding of the scope of work and the requirements of the project. This is an important step in the bidding process and will allow Contractors to submit competitive and accurate proposals.

Additional Bidding Instructions

The District requires the Respondent provide a detailed bid proposal. Ensure that the bid proposal is detailed and accurate. The District requires a competitive and comprehensive proposal that demonstrates the Contractor’s ability to meet the Project needs and budget.
Consult Appendix C for the Bid Proposal Form and fill out accordingly. It is expected that this form will be completed and accompany all proposals.
