Work is generally described as providing inspection documentation of the County’s Stormwater Infrastructure utilizing the NASSCO PACP and MACP guidelines. An example pipe inspection form is attached. (Refer to Attachment 2.) For consistency with the County’s Asset Management procedures, the Contractor provided inspection documentation shall be similar to the attached example, unless approved by the County.
