17-050 - Union Avenue Bridge Pre-Scoping Report

The City of Pueblo (City) is requesting the services of a consulting engineering firm (Consultant) to investigate, gather, and report data to determine a future scope of work for the replacement of the Union Avenue Bridge over the Arkansas River (Structure PUEUNION-0.0-COR).  The Consultant will be responsible for developing a pre-scoping report to summarize the data including issues regarding items needed to complete CDOT Form 128.  In addition, the Consultant will be responsible for developing a basic cost estimate and design schedule.  The approximate limits of the work to be performed on the Union Avenue Bridge Pre-Scoping Report are W C Street on the northeast and E Abriendo Avenue on the southwest as specifically detailed in Section 3 of this RFP.
