SCOPE OF PROJECT
Colorado Mountain College’s Central Services located at 802 Grand Ave. Glenwood Springs, CO is requesting quotes from qualified firms and/or individuals to perform English to Spanish Translation Services (written) throughout the College District.
This RFP is intended to solicit responses from translators that are interested in providing professional translation services for a variety of written materials and communications. CMC is not requesting oral translation services at this time.
CMC’s General Counsel & Senior Inclusivity Officer will coordinate translation requests from college campuses or departments. The selected vendor will work directly with the requesting staff member to establish the timing, objective, intended audience, language group or type, and any cultural considerations with which the vendor has experience. Audiences will include immigrant families from Mexico and Central America residing within seven counties where CMC offers educational services: Garfield, Pitkin, Routt, Eagle, Summit, Lake, and Chaffee. CMC staff with Spanish language expertise may be utilized to assist with achieving optimal results.
CMC reserves the right to test proposers before final selection.
