Design, fabricate, and install an indoor play structure and accessory play items at the new Trail Winds Recreation Center, located at 13495 Holly Street, Thornton, CO. Building construction is anticipated to begin in June of 2018, and is expected to be complete in August of 2019. Barker Rinker Seacat Architecture (BRSA) is the architect for the Project and Saunders Construction, LLC is the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR).
To be minimally qualified for consideration for award, proposing firms must have successfully completed three (3) projects in Colorado that have a similar degree of complexity and cost within the past five (5) years.
