19-257 - Thornton Police Training Center

This Project is to Design-Build a new, Thornton Police Training Center (“Center”) to be located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Colorado Boulevard and Riverdale Road.  The Thornton Police Department requires a secured training campus that will include a training facility, shooting range, shoot house, vehicle skills pad and a K-9 training yard.  Owner is seeking to maximize the value of the established budget for the Work and may two-phase the Work if funding is not available for the entire project.
