Description

From time to time, the District requires supplementary and alternative transportation for students; some of these students do have special needs. The District desires to pre-qualify companies (Respondent) to provide these services.

There are no dollar volumes available.

The District shall solely determine which Respondents best meet District needs for a service need. It is expressly understood that this agreement does not grant Respondents an exclusive privilege to furnish to the District any or all of the type of services, which are the subjects of this agreement.

The District further reserves the right to periodically review RFQ applications to award additional contracts.

It is the intent of the District to award to multiple Respondents.
