Colorado Mountain College’s Spring Valley Campus located at 3000 County Road 114, Glenwood Springs, CO is requesting quotes from qualified firms and/or individuals to upgrade LED Light Fixtures in the Spring Valley Quigley Library, Calaway Academic Building and Sopris Residence Hall buildings.
The contractor shall dispose of all bulbs and fixtures removed and replaced. Additional insurance coverage for this service shall be required to be obtained by contractor, or subcontractor hired by contractor for disposal.
 SPECIFICATIONS
See attached scope of work for Calaway and Quigley and attached scope of work for the Sopris Residence Hall. Each building has had some work completed and that work has been identified in red on the scopes of work. Some equipment has already been purchased and will be used where specified on the attached.
