Description

The City is seeking special counsel to provide legal advice and assistance regarding redevelopment and development opportunities in the City. Scope includes strategic legal advice regarding urban renewal development in light of HB15-1348 for existing and future urban renewal plans, brownfield redevelopment, financing options, and transit oriented development. Legal advice will include, but may not be limited to general advice, negotiation and drafting of contracts with private and public entities, and litigation, as requested.

Responses must be submitted online through the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System. The City will not accept hardcopy proposals, or proposals submitted by any other means. See RFP Section IV for detailed submittal instructions and requirements.

Offerors that do not successfully upload and submit all required documents by the due date and time will not be considered for award. It is recommended that offerors allow ample time to upload documents. Proposal submittals will be time-stamped by the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System upon receipt. The City is not obligated to accept proposals from offerors that fail to upload and submit documents on time for any reason.
