The City of Longmont is seeking bids from qualified roof construction companies for the replacement and repairs of various roofs at City facilities. The awarded Contractor shall provide all labor, plant, supplies, equipment, services, facilities, and appurtenances which are indicated or reasonably implied by the Drawings, or as specified, or that are required for the work described in the Contract Documents.
In addition to the specified projects, this contract will include roof repairs on an as needed and/or emergency basis. Although reasonable notice to Contractor is preferred, there may be some occasions that require immediate action. The Contractor will provide all equipment necessary to perform the repairs in an acceptable manner and in accordance with all Federal, State and City laws and procedures.
