9696 - Recreation Management Software

The City of Fort Collins is requesting proposals from qualified Service Providers to purchase a new recreation management system, the implementation of which should be concluded during 2023. The City currently uses Vermont Systems. Other departments may leverage and integrate for this project.  The issuing of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to give vendors who are interested in entering into a contractual arrangement with the City an opportunity to submit proposals for Recreation to review.  A consultant will not be utilized during the selection process.
