21-090 - RFP – Pueblo Memorial Airport Terminal Remodel

The City of Pueblo (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for architectural design services related to the expansion and renovation of the main terminal at the Pueblo Memorial Airport.  This design may include, but is not limited to, expansion of the hold room (concourse) to include restrooms, furniture upgrades, existing restroom remodel, exterior upgrades and improvements, and the addition of exterior canopies/covered entryways in front and behind the terminal. Note:  Scope of Service may be increased or decreased based on available budget and funding
