Failure to provide required information may deem your submittal non-responsive.

Proof of a minimum of three (3) years of previous experience in the recording management system business. Certificate of Corporation or Limited Liability Partnerships registered with the State of Colorado or other formal documentation meeting the requirement of years in business.
Responses to the Technical Requirements and Vendor Questions in Word or Excel in the table format.
Project Work Plan.
Three or more standard reports created by your proposed CRRMS.
User’s Manual for your proposed CRRMS.
Sample training plan.
Technical diagram of all components required to support your proposed CRRMS.
Disaster Recovery Plan.
Proposed Software License and Maintenance Agreement.
Resumes of vendor staff who will work on implementation of the CRRMS project.
Median uptime reports for existing hosted customers of the vendor, for the last three years.
