The selected firm will manufacture, deliver, install, and warrant a modular office unit conforming to the specifications and building codes required by the federal, state of Colorado or local governments. The unit shall be “move in ready” after installation is complete. Site work including but not limited to excavation, foundation, concrete, utilities, utility connections, and earthwork will be completed by others.
Firms submitting a bid proposal shall submit a written warranty for the building and systems installed by manufacturer.
