Description

City of Loveland (City) is seeking a qualified consultant to conduct a programming and planning
study to determine the future needs for the Police & Courts Campus and potential expansion
which will focus on land use, law enforcement program areas, and Municipal Court
Administration areas. The team will need a one-to-two-year plan to manage the current growth
and a ten-year plan incorporating those changes and providing a roadmap for the next ten
years. The current Police & Court Campus is located at 810 East 10th Street, Loveland,
Colorado, and incorporates the existing Police & Courts Building and the adjacent property
located north of 10th Street.
